Welcome, you have taken this courageous step toward improving your mental health. As a Registered Psychotherapist for over 10 years I know that at times life can be stressful and overwhelming for anyone. I strive to use my knowledge, expertise, and personal experience to help my clients navigate through challenging times. Every intervention I use is unique to my individual client and their presenting concerns. My goal is to support you in developing the skills and strategies necessary to overcome these challenges in order to lead a happier, healthier, and more enriched life.
My focus is on perinatal mental health (fertility, prenatal, postpartum, birth trauma, pregnancy loss) and supporting parents at all stages of life. I am completing my Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Certification imminently. I also specialize in family / interpersonal conflict, caregiving, anxiety, behaviour modification, body image as well as ABI and TBI.
Seeking therapy can be challenging for anyone and even more so when dealing with such personal experiences. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space, and lead my practice with empathy and understanding.
