Hi! I am a Registered Social Worker and a Certified Child and Youth Care Practitioner. I specialize in supporting youth and young adults with mental health, trauma, relational and behavioural issues, school issues, and life transitions. I have worked in colleges and school settings and understand the challenges and difficulties that can be experienced. We will focus on strengths and solutions through a combination of strong, collaborative relationships and evidence-based interventions. I know that engaging in some conversations can be very difficult and I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and comfortable environment.
We will work together to develop goals and a treatment plan that suite you. My goal is to help you to identify your next steps and to make small changes that will improve your mental health and your experience of the everyday. My approach is informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Child and Youth Care.
