Hello and welcome! I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, High Sensitivity (HSP), and other neurodivergent conditions. My goal is to help you embrace your neurodivergence, identify your strengths, and create a personalized pathway to healing and improvement. I offer low-cost counselling online and in-person.
I am an MA in Counselling Psychology (MACP) student at Yorkville University with 10 years of previous experience as a Registered Nurse. I am also a long-time practitioner of mindfulness, breath work, and meditation. My practice is supervised by Jenny Simpson, RCC, at Liminal Space Counselling in Vancouver BC.
