I provide client-centred counselling services across the life span. However, my ideal clients are children, youth and neurodivergent folks.
I am passionate about working collaboratively, as I believe the essence of therapy is centred around the therapeutic relationship. One way I do this is by actively acknowledging that each of my clients is unique in an attempt to create a warm and inviting space for you to show up as you are.
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts/ideation, grief, substance use and trauma. Additionally, from a therapeutic perspective, I can pull from several different frameworks and have training in Play Therapy (PT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), AutPlay Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
