Hi! I’m Christina (she/her) — I’m so glad you’re here. I offer warm, client-centred counselling for individuals and families of all ages, with a special focus on kids, teens, and neurodivergent folks. You or your child might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or misunderstood — you’re not alone. I provide a gentle, inclusive, and playful space grounded in deep respect for who you are. Whether you're navigating big emotions, life changes, or seeking support for your child or teen, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll build a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’m passionate about working collaboratively and believe the heart of therapy lies in the relationship we build. I honour each person’s uniqueness and aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to show up just as you are.

My areas of interest include life transitions, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts/ideation, grief and trauma. From a therapeutic perspective, I draw on several different frameworks and have training in Play Therapy (PT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), AutPlay Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Polyvagal Theory.
