Are you an individual who is ready to take steps toward healing from trauma and life challenges. Many of my clients are first responders, military/veterans, healthcare workers and First Nations people/communities, seeking to reconnect with their sense of wellbeing. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or PTSD symptoms that impact your relationships and daily life. Goals are often to feel more grounded, develop stronger relationships, and find effective ways to manage and heal one's Mental Health and wellbeing. I work from a trauma informed, neuro-biological, attachment and culturally sensitive approach.

With over 20 years of experience, I offer specialized trauma therapy using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CPT, SE and A.R.T. My practice assists clients to process trauma safely and rebuild connections. I specialize in working with complex trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, anger, generalized mood disorders and life stressors.
