**Unfortunately, I have a full caseload at this time - Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to join my wait-list** - I am a PhD candidate at UofT specializing in eating disorders and trauma. I am shaped by the belief in the intrinsic strength each of us possess. Perhaps you are feeling exhausted by your efforts to feel better and heal from anxiety, depression, body image/food concerns or an eating disorder and seek meaningful long-lasting change. Through a gentle down-to-earth approach, I guide you through a compassionate healing process to deepen your relationship with your self and to life, cultivating inner freedom.
My background includes: teen and adult mental health, emotional eating/eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I am trained in; Life Process Transformation, Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness, Reiki and Nutrition.
I am more than happy to speak with you further about my approach. The benefits of working in this way often include; discovering one's inner strengths and qualities, deeply connecting with meaning and life, releasing patterns such as people pleasing, perfectionism, self doubt, self battling and cultivating inner stillness, self compassion, trust and joy.
