Welcome and Bonjour, to my practice in Kentville. I am currently accepting new clients. I'm a certified counsellor supervisor, former practicum supervisor for Acadia University, and a clinician with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through meaningful change. My clinical work focuses on areas such as anxiety, depression, women’s well-being, eating disorders, OCD, and relationships. Earlier in my career, I worked with Eating Disorders Nova Scotia and with Child and Youth Mental Health in Duncan, BC. I’m a certified yoga instructor and musician.
Fluent in English, French, and German, my approach is holistic, strength-based, and trauma informed. I draw from various modalities including: Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Somatic work (Focusing), RODBT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness-based practices, as well as art-based methods.
I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive therapeutic space. I actively advocate for the well-being of BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ communities and believe therapy should honour each person’s unique identity and lived experience. I am honoured to be living on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People.
