Hello. My main focus is with adult individuals and couples in the area of vicarious trauma, PTSD, burnout and compassion fatigue. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which compliments these populations and many other presenting problems. I also have experience working with individuals and couples navigating non-traditional relationship styles (ie. polyamory, ethical- or consensual non-monogamy, BDSM or kink), sex or intimacy challenges, and infidelity and affairs.
A growing part of my clinical focus has shifted towards working with male clients of all backgrounds, but especially those in Emergency Services (Police, Fire, EMS & Armed Forces).
