My go-to modalities are traditional Talk Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Inter-Family Systems Therapy.
