Are you walking through a season of anxious or depressed feelings, intimate partner violence, relationship disharmony, grief, or trauma? These difficulties can impact your life and cause circumstances which may at times feel hopeless. I will walk with you through your most difficult and challenging seasons of life – and work collaboratively with you as we cultivate hope for a bright future. I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to tell their story and work collaboratively with them to evoke motivation for change, develop and work toward goals, and experience emotional healing.

I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Regina and I am a registered social worker in Saskatchewan. I am currently working toward my Master of Counselling degree at Briercrest Seminary. I am an EMDR Therapist and am humbled to offer this service to clients who are in search of healing from trauma.

My counselling approach is trauma informed and incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Person-Centred and Strengths-Based therapy.
