I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Regina and I am a registered social worker in Saskatchewan. I am currently working toward my Master of Counselling degree. I have a decade of frontline social work experience including crisis response and counselling.
My counselling approach is eclectic with an emphasis on Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work from a place of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred care.
