I'm a Christian counsellor specializing in attachment styles and trauma healing. Before this, I was an adolescent who struggled with insecurities, anxiety, avoidance tendencies and extreme people pleasing behaviours. I understand what it's like to self-sabotage and have no hope for the future. My approach goes beyond just managing symptoms. I draw from attachment-theory, Christianity and CBT. We understand the deeper roots of your anxiety, insecurities and attachment patterns. We learn about what your nervous system is really trying to protect, because when your system feels safe, the anxiety doesn't have to be managed anymore. You get to just be.
On the outside, you might look like you have it all together. But on the inside, you're constantly anxious, overthinking, and afraid of real connection.
