I have a Master of Arts in Counselling and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) as well as an Associate Professional Counsellor with the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists (PACCP). My desire is to see women living relationally, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically healthy lives.

I combine the latest research in neuroscience with the "whole person" approach. This allows my clients to understand themselves better and to gain insight into why they are the way they are.
