I work with children, adolescences, adults, couples, families, and refugees/migrants in many concerns that could be affecting their lives. If you are struggling with barriers from depressions, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, BPD, mood disorder, addictions, men's issues, or mental health we can work together to help remove some of those barriers so you can get back to living the life you want.

I work in a open-minded and non-judgmental environment so you can feel safe and welcome. My approach can vary depending on the need of the client, some modalities can vary and include CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Trauma-focused, Motivational interviewing, Solution-focused, and Crisis Intervention.
