Being human is complicated and messy. We all carry a unique mix of nuances- some parts existing in the light, and others in the darkness. Choosing to begin this personal work is not easy; it requires a brave decision to turn toward deeper, sometimes scary questions. In my practice, I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, emotional abuse, social anxiety, or the aftermath of trauma. Whether you want to understand yourself better, make a new choice, or simply find a place to just be, I welcome you exactly as you are.

My approach is deeply collaborative and relational. I am not here to analyse you from a distance or offer superficial quick fixes. Instead, I draw from various therapeutic perspectives, bringing clinical insight, intuition, and compassion to our sessions. Together, we explore your concerns thoughtfully, creating a safe space for deep reflection and change.

Ultimately, my role is to be a steady companion- to think alongside you and serve as the mirror you need.
