As the owner of CLM Counselling & Psychotherapy, I also try to match any new clients that inquire with the best match in therapist, finding the right fit is of the utmost importance. We have a team of therapists with their own specialities, experiences and personalities and we pride ourselves in working together in the best interest of our clients.
I offer clinical social work and psychotherapy from an integrative clinical perspective informed by a number of evidence based, theoretical approaches including psychodynamic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and family therapy. I use a strength based and empathetic approach.
