I am incredibly passionate about helping others get the support they need to live their best possible lives. In my work, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for individuals, couples, and families to talk through a variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, self-esteem, and other life transitions. I use a client-centered, integrative approach to highlight my clients' strengths and work toward meaningful and practical strategies to relieve the stress and pain of their current circumstances. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship :)
As a Registered Social Worker, I believe it is important to meet you where you are at and work with you to achieve your goals! I specialize in approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strengths-Based Models and integrate a variety of modalities into my work to ensure that your needs are being met.
I understand that reaching out for help can be incredibly challenging, and I would love to support you on your journey by providing a 15 minute free phone consultation so that you can get to know me! I am also happy to offer the initial consultation virtually if you would like to put a face to the name and get a feel for what virtual therapy is like.
