My name is Chris Schmidt and I’m a registered social work with a Master’s degree based in Lethbridge, Alberta. I have 7 years of social work experience working in various capacities with children and adults. The most important lesson I have learned in my career is the incredible value of building strong, trusting relationships with the wonderful clients I have been fortunate enough to serve. I offer a therapeutic approach based cognitive, behaviroal, and somatic strategies to manage anxiety, depression, life stressors and worries, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties in addition to other potential concerns.
