About
Life can be difficult and it takes resilience to manage the bumps along the way. Part of your resilience may include reaching out for support. Psychotherapy can help facilitate new perspectives about the challenges we face and our ability to navigate unsettling life events and emotional states. It can support our capacity to make sense of suffering with increased compassion and acceptance and, ultimately, live with more ease and joy.
I bring a unique perspective to psychotherapy based on diverse employment experiences within the mental health care field (i.e. addictions, forensics, community mental health care, and occupational rehabilitation) in addition to having worked for two decades as a tradesperson.
My commitment is to collaborate with you in highlighting your strengths and in enhancing your innate capacity to thrive in the midst of difficult circumstances.
