I offer EMDR with Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TSY). EMDR has been highly regarded as one of the go to therapies for individuals experiencing PTSD. As well, TSY is a form a yoga, which as been tailored to assist individuals again a body-mind connection. In addition, I use ACT/CBT/Schema, which can help individuals facing anxiety and depression.

Sometimes the trauma and the unbearable thoughts, memories and emotions can make us feel isolated and alone, but that does not have to be the case.
