I know that things are rough for a lot of us right now. We're overwhelmed with responsibilities, a constantly shifting social landscape, a pandemic, work, family, and the list goes on and on. Sometimes we just need to chat, other times we need some more structured support and treatment. I practice from a feminist oriented framework, which is to say that I understand the stress brought upon us because of all of the different ways that our experiences shape us. I keep up to date on multicultural counselling practices, and I'm experienced in working with a lot of "non-traditional" relationship dynamics and personal experiences.
I work as a generalist practitioner, with experience working with grief and loss, stress, workplace conflict, life changes, depression, anxiety, anger issues, and relationship issues, among others. I specialize in supporting folks in the 2SLGBTQI+ community, and welcome those outside of the community also.
