I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and a Master's in Education. I am a former doctoral student specializing in Cognition and Learning with an interest in emotional intelligence. Professionally, I have worked in both the private and public sectors as a manager, trainer, teacher, speaker, and consultant.
