I chose to become a School Psychologist because I have a passion for helping individuals identify their strengths and improve their learning abilities. My main goal is to assist parents in understanding the underlying causes of their child's learning difficulties and provide them with guidance on how to address these challenges. Additionally, I strive to support adults in gaining a better understanding of themselves. My area of focus involves working with individuals who may have suspected or confirmed learning difficulties, ADHD, and/or Autism.
When I work with someone who's having a hard time with school, making friends, or paying attention, I try to learn about their strengths and weaknesses. This way, we (me, the child, their parents, and teachers) can figure out the best ways to help them do their best. We create special plans just for them, to give them personalized support.
