Your differences shape how you experience the world—but they don’t define your worth. I work alongside my therapy dog - Charlie, who helps foster comfort, connection, and regulation in sessions.
My work is informed by over a decade of supporting families in crisis and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent adult. By integrating personal insight with professional expertise, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and strategies that produce tangible, positive change.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw from somatic, trauma-informed, and relational practices to help you reconnect with yourself, unlearn internalized ableism, and create a life that fits. Direct billing is available to make the process of accessing counselling easier and more convenient.
