English
| Français Hi there! I'm a neurodivergent therapist who takes a unique approach beyond traditional talk therapy, weaving in art-based methods, somatic therapy, and parts work. The focus of our work together is on gently exploring the parts of yourself that might feel uncomfortable or carry shame—whether it’s a critical inner voice or aspects you may keep tucked away. My aim is to help you feel more at home with all parts of yourself, fostering self-compassion and finding ways to ease feelings of overwhelm through self-accommodation and emotional regulation.
I specialize in attachment wounds, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), and emotional regulation. As a trauma-informed therapist, it’s important for me to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your experiences. My approach is gentle, semi-directive, and experiential, allowing me to be adaptive and attuned to your needs in the moment.
I understand that taking the step to seek support can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you are not alone on this journey. If you’re ready to explore your feelings and work towards healing, together we’ll navigate your emotions and develop practical tools for growth, fostering a deeper sense of self-acceptance and well-being.
