I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist, who uses an empathetic and strength-based approach to create a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Queen’s University and a Master of Social Work Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have supported clients navigating ADHD, adoption, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and much more.. I have a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the unique journey of adoption; inspired by my own lived experience as an alumnus of foster care and an adult adoptee.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, tailoring to the unique needs of each client and drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, narrative therapy and attachment-focused therapy.
