My practice consists of working with people of all ages and couples using various techniques including EMDR.
My background as a nationally competing athlete provides me with a unique opportunity when working with children/adolescents, high performing athletes and adults experiencing high-stress and high-demand situations. Having a lot of experiencing working with grief and loss focuses my work to heavily emphasize a compassionate and empathetic perspective.
Alongside my clients, I work to promote individual safety and wellbeing through a mindful-based alliance.
