Hi, I’m Chloe, a counselling intern completing my master’s degree in counselling psychology at Yorkville University. I believe counselling can be a space to slow down, tune in, and make sense of the parts of ourselves that often go unheard. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment as we explore what healing and growth might look like for you. My emerging practice is grounded in a commitment to social justice and equality, and I strive to create a space where all aspects of you are welcomed and supported.
I work with adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem challenges. I take a collaborative, individualized approach to counselling, drawing on evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioural, somatic, and humanistic approaches.
