I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues including family issues, separation/divorce, trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties within personal or family relationships, loss, bereavement, stress or problems related to work/school, parenting children or teens, etc.
When one family member is experiencing difficulties, it often affects all members.
