I utilize an integrative approach to therapy: cognitive behavioural therapy (identifying belief structures we may have that no longer work for us), attachment-based theories (visiting childhood), internal-family systems (understanding the self as many conflicting parts trying to work together), and somatic approaches (hearing internal signals of the body).
Therapy can be an over-whelming process, and we often ask ourselves: "Where do I even start?". Whether you are new to therapy, or looking for someone new to support you in this season of life, I invite you to reach out, and we can do the rest of the work together.
