This 8 week group coaching program is designed to help participants understand their ADHD, gain a new perspective on ADHD and understand its unique strengths, meet others with ADHD, strengthen their skills and resources, develop strategies to manage ADHD, let go of self-limiting beliefs, and learn to set achievable and meaningful goals.
