Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Training Course
Mindful Self Compassion is an 8 week plus 1 day retreat program that aims to support individuals in cultivating greater wellbeing and resilience amidst the ups and downs that life presents us. You will learn a variety of techniques to deepen the wisdom to meet your experience as it actually is, rather than through the lens of past experience or future fears that often lead to unskilful reactive behaviour. You will also learn techniques to: meet difficulty with kindness and understanding, befriend your flaws and inner critic, transform shame through compassion, and foster hope for wellbeing toward yourself and others.
