You have probably tried to resolve your situation by yourself or with the help of family or friends. Often that is enough and life goes on. But some mental health issues are trickier to resolve and professional help can be useful. I've seen many individuals meet their goals through hard work and guidance and I'm happy to offer my services to you as well. I welcome individuals of all cultures, communities and identities. My approach will depend on your needs and goals for therapy. For example, some clients appreciate a patient ear and understanding. Others want to learn more about their struggles and identify new ways to manage them. Alternatively, some are looking to take a deep dive into their past and psyche to better understand and work with themselves.
