As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with adolescents, adults and seniors using a collaborative approach to best understand the issues they are working with, to generate goals and plans, and to support them as they progress. I endeavor to provide a warm, caring, accepting and nurturing environment to help with the treatment of depression, stress and anxiety, self-esteem issues, sleep problems, relationship issues, anger management and building assertiveness.
I enjoy working with clients on career counselling and development, as well as conducting Psychoeducational assessments. I have a special interest in adjustment and life transition issues including parenting, separation and divorce, retirement and loss and bereavement.
I have an evidence-based, integrative therapeutic approach that includes cognitive-behavioral and positive psychology work to help clients understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and facilitate change.
