I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families with unresolved issues from “being different", late-diagnosed ADHD/Autism, mood/perception and other complex mental disorders, I aim to gently guide you to process your distressing experiences, access your inner strength and wisdom for sustained wellness. You may be dealing with debilitating depression, anxiety, worries, fears, stress or relationship issues from being "different". I will journey with you to wellness and flourishing.
For sustained wellness, we assess for root causes of your issues by understanding your holistic context, how unconscious patterns, early life experiences, and past relationships shape your current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we select treatment techniques from different modalities that best meet your unique needs and personality.
