Starting therapy to address various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, and self-esteem can feel overwhelming. My personal journey of healing has taught me the importance of a welcoming space where you can openly express your experiences without judgment. Emotions hold valuable messages we need to hear, and I believe every feeling serves a purpose. In our collaborative journey, I aim to help you delve deeper into your inner world, enhancing self-awareness and uncovering effective solutions that align with your unique needs and aspirations.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and person-centred, acknowledging the profound impact trauma can have on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I use cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour while also incorporating emotion-focused therapy to explore and make sense of your feelings.
I approach every therapeutic relationship with cultural humility, valuing your unique identity and experiences. I believe that within you exists the inherent capacity to heal, and I hope to support you in facilitating this healing. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would love to connect and hear your story.
