Hello/Bonjour/Kwe! I'm Cheyenne (she/her/they/them) and I'm so glad you're here. If you are seeking culturally competent, trauma-informed support that honours your lived experiences, I would be honoured to work with you. I am a Queer, genderfluid, Black/mixed race, fat/plus-size person living with chronic illnesses and my lived experiences shape my practice. I specialize in working with folks who are navigating their perinatal journey, grief and loss, chronic illness, trauma wounds, relational issues and/or identity work. Need a compassionate space to land where you feel seen and understood? I'd be honoured to connect.
My practice is grounded in an anti-oppressive approach, with training in Perinatal Mental Health, Grief & Loss, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Healing. I focus on cross-cultural theories like Black Feminist Thought and Disability Justice, while honouring Indigenous Ways of Knowing, and prioritizing holistic and culturally safe healing.
I am committed to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected. I welcome clients of all backgrounds who seek a respectful and compassionate place for healing. My practice is not just about supporting individuals; it’s about fostering a collective movement towards healing and liberation for all. I look forward to hearing from you.
