Connecting with a counselor that can create a space that is safe, non judgemental, culturally responsive, and affirming can allow for a deeper exploration into our relationships with ourselves, others, and the environment. As a queer Indigenous person who works in the mental health field, I've had extensive experience decolonizing traditional therapeutic techniques to work for Indigenous individuals, families, youth, and communities. My goal is to build a relationship with you and develop a deep understanding of your unique identities and life experience to help support you on your journey and with your goals.

Clients who work with me are invited to form an identity-affirming and culturally safe place and partnership to help them in their journey towards their own goals. I hold a keen awareness of the interplay of social identities and is comfortable integrating discussions of race, class, sex, gender, sexuality, dis/ability, etc. into the therapeutic alliance.
I offer a free 15 minute meet and greet session to see if we are the right match! Please do not hesitate to reach out. Often, the first step of connection is the hardest. Looking forward to connecting with you soon!
