Mourning Breaks Grief Counselling & Support. Loss is a universal experience, and yet, for many of us, we soon discover that we are very alone within our grief. Friends and family may not understand; for many reasons, they may not be able to hold space for all that we carry. Mourning Breaks is a place for you to feel, and express all that you feel, without judgment or expectation; a place to safely explore the meaning and impact of your losses with a trusted, trauma-informed, knowledgeable, and empathetic professional who is sensitive to the many nuances, complexities and unique features that exist within your grief.

My name is Cheryl Wituik, Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Grief Specialist in SW Ontario who has been supporting bereaved individuals in the region for over 12 years. My approach is to walk alongside you with deep respect for all you've been through; to companion and support you as you navigate the landscape of your grief, gently, at your own pace.
