Welcome. If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a space to slow down, listen inward, and begin to reconnect with your body, creativity, and authentic self. My work supports healing the nervous system, deepening self-understanding, and cultivating the capacity to meet life with greater ease, trust, and vitality.

My approach is collaborative and flexible, blending Somatic Experiencing, Expressive Arts Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, and Attachment-Focused EMDR. Together, we explore the patterns and protective strategies shaped by your experiences, with compassion and curiosity, allowing space for new possibilities to emerge.

I believe we all have an inherent capacity to heal and grow, and that you are the expert in your own life. My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive space where you can express freely, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward a more grounded, creative, and fulfilling way of being.
