I also offer seasoned support to: adults seeking insight from antagonistic & narcissistic relationships; assisting "highly sensitive" clients; those navigating spiritual emergence/emergency & trauma; clients identifying as empathic or those diagnosed with Adult ADHD. I work with individuals 18+, including military veterans & students.
I use holistic, evidence-based approaches to therapy , grounded in a trauma and grief-informed, somatic, strength-based, solution-focused framework. I am passionate about providing practical & inspirational customized support and strategies to help clients transform wounds to wisdom, fear to freedom, grief to grace, and panic to personal power.
I will help you learn to "observe not absorb, acknowledge not defend &respond not react", using traditional & holistic tools & strategies drawing from my additional certifications as a Certified Life Coach, Yoga & Meditation teacher & Natural Health Consultant.
