At Deep Dive Trauma & Recovery, Registered Clinical Psychologist Cheryl Oxford provides trauma recovery & psychological services to adult clients 19 years or older. She works collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, explore & process the roots of their concerns, & achieve greater wellness. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based techniques with complementary practices that support mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical health.
Her specialties include exploring the contribution of unresolved trauma and chronic stress to presenting problems which may include interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complicated grief, & idiopathic chronic pain or illness. Workshops, group therapy, and yoga classes are offered to compliment individual therapy.
Deep Dive Trauma & Recovery is a quiet, private, and welcoming space. Telephone and video appointments are available. We look forward to meeting you. Please note that emails will be sent to our office manager Devon, who will reach out and help with next steps.
