Accepting new clients! Support for body image, disordered eating, anxiety and depression. Are you constantly on a diet? Do you think your life would be better if only you could lose some weight? Do worry about what others think about how you look? If you feel guilty food and your body, we can help. Our counsellors are compassionate, and client-centred. They are registered psychotherapists who have a wide variety of experience and training to support you through disordered eating, body image dissatisfaction, and a variety of other mental health concerns including addiction and trauma.
Our goal is to ensure that you feel heard and understood. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions are based around what you want to focus on and we provide the tools and supports that will address your unique needs. We know that some things are really hard to talk about, so every session is geared to your pace and comfort level.
