Do you constantly worry or obsess? I have a passion for helping clients overcome symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and representations of trauma. I continually ensure that I am coming from a knowledgeable place when working with clients, not only by practicing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, but also by recognizing the complexities and nuance of commonly misunderstood mental health issues. I believe that psychotherapy is most effective when the client feels supported and the work is collaborative.
I specialize in tailoring exposure and response prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard treatment for OCD. My goal is to walk alongside you to take those big, and sometimes scary steps that are necessary to move toward wellness.
I understand that each client has their own unique journey. I feel honoured by each opportunity I have to support a struggling individual, if only briefly, and understand the bravery required to ask for help. If you are struggling and feel alone right now, please reach out; I would be more than happy to walk along with you on this path of healing.
