I am an integrative therapist who has passionately worked to help people overcome mental health challenges for over 15 years. I give my clients the skills, tools and confidence to take control of situations they feel they cannot control. My clients leave the room feeling happier and more self-assured. I use many modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to support individuals, couples, families and groups through the struggles of life. These include, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, psychosis/schizophrenia, addiction, concurrent disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders and bereavement.
I help by giving my clients an open, non-judgmental and inclusive approach to counselling. I create a safe space for people where they can be vulnerable and find tangible solutions to the challenges they are facing. I am a results-driven practitioner. My clients have success in achieving their goals.
Making the decision to get support from a mental health professional is not easy, and also very brave. The first step is the biggest. I am always honoured when people invite me on their journey and allow me to participate in and facilitate their healing process. I invite you to contact me for a free consultation to discuss how I can help you.
