I am a Registered Psychotherapist working in the Grey County area that I have always called home. I offer a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for my clients virtually or in person, where we can work together collaboratively to identify and achieve their goals with positive solutions that fit their individual lifestyles. Working from a holistic perspective, I like to help individuals reflect on all of the diverse factors related to their challenges, but also those contributing to their strengths. Flexible scheduling is available with day and evening appointments.
While I am able to support clients working through a variety of issues, I have a passion for supporting teens and young adults with an individualized approach to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, unexpected changes, grief, and coping strategies.
After gaining valuable experience working in the field at Woodstock Hospital and Keystone Child, Youth, and Families Services, I have established my own private practice to offer empathetic psychotherapy to members of my community.
