I am a Registered Psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, women's issues and body image. It's an honour to be able to share in the experiences of my clients and I strive to provide a warm and compassionate therapy experience, free of judgment. I utilize evidence based therapy techniques, which I tailor to the unique needs of each client. I am able to offer CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness based approaches. My goal is to provide the support that you are looking for in the way that best fits you and to ensure that your voice has been heard.
I have over 15 years of experience in the helping profession and have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, mental health clinics and crisis centers. My experience has allowed me to gain a better understanding of the human experience, as well as the skills to aid my clients in self-empowerment and healing.
I offer sessions in a professional office or online and am able to accommodate day and evening appointments. I look forward to working with you on your journey to self improvement, self-compassion, insight and health. For more information visit: www.embodytherapygroup.com
