Chelsea has obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is currently pursuing a Master of Psychology in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and is working in private practice at Toronto Psychologists under the supervision of Dr. Stacy Lekkos towards registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
Chelsea has experience working with youth and adults as a clinical case lead and research assistant conducting psychotherapy and clinical assessments for individuals presenting with a variety of mental health concerns, including generalized and social anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as interpersonal concerns and effective communication.
Chelsea believes that a strong and collaborative therapeutic alliance is the foundation of therapeutic success. She seeks to support individuals on their journey through therapy by integrating techniques from a variety of therapeutic orientations, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Adlerian approaches.
