About
In my view, all concerns are valuable and important to explore in therapy. In my practice, I assist clients in living fulfilling lives through discovering their authentic selves. I take a deep, compassionate, and non-judgemental interest in my clients inner experience, which includes their emotions, values, preferences, hopes, and dreams. Along with this, I pay close attention to my client's experience in the world, which may include societal and/or cultural attitudes, constraints, and prejudices.
I work collaboratively with my clients to decide together how therapy will be helpful. I primarily draw from an existential-humanistic framework. This is a process of exploration and understanding which leads to increased self-acceptance, self-compassion and in turn, enables clients to make meaningful life choices that they can wholeheartedly stand behind.
Therapy can be an intimidating process. I value the bravery it takes to try something so vulnerable. Ultimately, it is essential that you feel deeply seen and understood and I feel passionate about cultivating a strong connection as we work together. I look forward to meeting with you and building trust and safety together.
